Mark is an amazing coach, with high dedication to his clients and his work. I trialed a nutrition plan from Mark and loved it! Mark can adapt his plans around your fitness and nutrition goals and is easy to speak with if you have any questions. I was able to successfully begin a surplus and begin to gain muscle and fat at a steady rate, using the template to track my weight and calories. I highly recommend Mark if you are looking to begin a fitness journey or just continue where you are, without doubt will you benefit from his knowledge!

After losing 45kg, I decided it was time to join a gym to start toning and become stronger. I was quite weak and had lost a lot of muscle in my weightloss journey. I came across Mark at Advance Fitness in July 2020 when joining the gym.I am not one who enjoys cardio, and not knowing how to use weights correctly I started an initial introduction package with Mark. It became clear within those three sessions that Mark was a knowledgeable and fantastic trainer. He ensures my form is correct, pushes me to continue lifting more reps and at a higher weight. He is also very encouraging and provides 24/7 support. When falling off the bandwagon he is understanding, helps you figure out why and how to get back into the swing of things whether it’s in the gym or your nutrition. The value you get when training with Mark is priceless. His templates have had a lot of effort put into them and they are by far some of the best I’ve seen that are easy to follow.Whilst training with Mark I have lost a further 8kg and gained a lot of muscle. I am constantly getting feedback from my family and friends on my physique and just in myself I am feeling, happier, more confident and a lot stronger.I cannot recommend Mark enough.

Mark is a great personal trainer. He spent time before our first session getting to know what I wanted to gain from the experience. He also tailored the exercise to work with both my lack of flexibility and my plantar facilities. I would recommend him to anyone. And he is especially great with beginners.

Mark is awesome!! As a newcomer to the gym, Mark took time and effort to create a program that suited my experience, as well as ensuring it was realistic to fit in with my lifestyle. Mark taught me multiple new exercises that kept the workouts enjoyable, on top of this Mark stepped through a nutrition plan with me that led to positive results! Mark was continuously adapting to get the very best out of me and has made my first gym experience a very enjoyable one - he is an all round top bloke and I highly recommend him as a PT. Thanks Mark!

What can one say about Mark that has not already been mentioned...he is British...very British...not prim and proper british but not scouse either(he hates when I call him that and put on an accent, give it a try ;) )It's almost as if he is from the show Cheeky Blinders" except he doesn't wield a tommy gun when he is encouraging you to push beyond your limits. Or in my case encouraging me to stop before I hurt myself. lolAll jokes aside

I have been training with Mark over the last few months and within my years of working with personal trainer's I can say Mark has been the best coach by far! He actually wants you to make progress with realistic goals to help you achieve your weight loss and muscle gain. Marks spreadsheets which help guided you with your nutrition and weight training are very detailed as well as being user friendly.Mark has changed the way I train smarter not harder which everyone likes all you have to do is commit, show up and follow his program and see the results for yourself.Very impressed! Thank you once again for all your help and guidance over the last few months can't wait to continue training to achieve my end goal! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I had a few sessions with Mark late last year and they were fantastic! I have been training for a number of years including military fitness but Mark really helped me with understanding hypertrophy in relation to building muscle and adjusted some of my workouts accordingly. Mark is a great guy, highly knowledgeable and really fun to train with and learn from. Thanks a lot Mark and would recommend his coaching and advice to any gym goer.

Mark is an excellent personal trainer. ls fantastic at motivating me without me even knowing he is doing it! Since I started PT sessions with Mark, my energy level is really good and I feel that my fitness level is getting stronger by the week! I always have such a great workout with tonnes of laughter which in turn makes the workout seem really short!
