I'm glad I found Jen's post natal classes as she helped me gain my fitness and push me a bit more each week. She also had very useful knowledge about the workings of our bodies after kids (& gave individual attention where necessary). I loved being able to exercise with baby as well and Jen even looked after baby when he fussed or even pushed the pram so he could sleep! :)I also throughly enjoyed attending the mums n bubs classes. Jen makes sure each class has a lot of variety. Babies love watching other kids and the mums were great to chat with whilst exercising!

I’ve been training with Jennifer for the past 2 months and I really enjoy it. I love the fact that we’re working outside and my kids can play in a safe area (and sometimes join in !).I love that the program is a full-body workout with no fancy equipment. We all work out a our own pace and within our own limits but with the same motivation and encouragement from Jennifer.I always look forward to training…and so do my kids !

Jen and her approach to a healthy body and mind have consistently exceeded my expectations. While her training methods and programming are fantastic, tailored to my personal goals and capabilities, it is her extra care and attention to the whole self that makes her method so special. I’ve felt nurtured indeed!! I first trained with Jen when my son was quite small (2yo)... and now we are continuing my fitness journey virtually - a weekly FT session which works brilliantly while eliminating travel time. Whether in person, or virtually, you will get outstanding care, attention and support to help you meet your goals.

I started with Jen's Phitkit classes about four months ago and I love it! What makes it so enjoyable is that it always different..Jen is very innovative and so motivated. She helps us to stay on track with our fitness and food goals and always provides us with plenty of encouragement. My husband has also now joined us after watching us work out for a couple of months and he is as hooked as i am. Would highly recommend Jen to anyone looking to improve their general fitness/strength and well-being. The Phitkit group are a great bunch of people who always try to motivate each other when it gets tough.

I started doing Mums and Bubs classes with Jen after my second child and now (not as often as I would like!) go to the PhitBox classes. I have appreciated the attention to post natal core strength and pelvic floor recovery whilst still getting a fantastic work out. Being able to have my kids with me during training makes going to training easier (as don't need to sort child minding or have the guilt/difficulty of leaving children at a creche) and I also think it is good positive role modelling to have your children see you exercise. The classes vary each time and you are challenged to push yourself. Because of Jen's approach the community of people attending her classes are all great and supportive too. Would recommend.

Jen's an awesome trainer that really knows her stuff when it comes to Post Natal recovery and return to exercise. Unlike generic mums and bubs" classes at the gym - a work out with Jen provides personal attention and specific exercises to restrengthen the core and pelvic floor in a safe way. I really enjoyed the confidence in exercise that I got after completing a block of Post Natal sessions with Jen."

I have recently completed Jen's Core Restore class & continued with a series of group personal training sessions. Jen creates very safe and supportive environment, being a mum herself, the sessions are structured to increase strength and confidence to resume exercise after having your baby. The Core Restore class really helped me regain strength and feel my core and pelvic floor muscles engage again. The best part is your baby can be with you at the classes, right beside you on the floor or in the pram! Perfect for trying to juggle postpartum return to exercise and caring for my new baby.

Fantastic group classes and next-level personal training!I joined Jen's mums & bubs class after the birth of my second child in 2014, when I was keen to lose weight. I also had a weak pelvic floor after 2 kids. Jennifer put me through an assessment, started me off with gentle exercises and was very mindful of my post-natal constraints. Within a few weeks, I could see a definite difference in my fitness as well as my attitude towards exercise. Jen works with you, continually monitoring and motivating, and always knows when you are ready to take it up a level before pushing you to do that little bit more - it was almost like she could read my mind! The other ladies in the class were a great bunch too, very welcoming and full of laughs.Changes in my kids' schedules meant I could no longer attend group classes and once again, Jen was extremely supportive and came to my house for 1:1 personal training sessions. Each session is different so I never get bored and I am so stoked with my progress - I now have muscles! Thanks Jen :)

The Nurtured Method Personal Training
I started coming to the phit mums classes as I saw it as an opportunity to get some excercise done while being outdoors and the kids being able to have a play in the playground. It has been so much more than that for me though. Meeting Jen and coming to her classes has been the best motivation for me to make permanent health and lifestyle changes and the results I have achieved in the time I have been training with Jen have been amazing. I am the fittest and healthiest I have been since having my 3 children. Jen has a true passion for health and fitness and also a passion for helping people achieve their goals. I can not thank her enough from what she has been able to help me achieve and i would recommend these classes to anyone that is looking for a fun and challenging class to get fit with friendly like minded people in our beautiful Perth outdoors.

The Nurtured Method Personal Training
I participated in Jen's antenatal classes which are geared towards new mum's, specifically concentrating on the pelvic floor. The classes are relaxed, often out in the fresh air and tailored for each individual. Even 6 months post baby, I found I learned a lot from the classes. Jen helped me to understand how to breath while contracting the pelvic floor, how to mix exercise into my daily routine and the importance of strengthening the pelvic floor. By the end of the course I was able to get back to running, confident that my pelvic floor was strong enough to support me even as I tired.I would definitely recommend the classes!
